White Bluff sits on the east side of Dickson County along US-70, between Dickson and Nashville, and it's one of the fastest-changing parts of the county — new subdivisions and larger-lot neighborhoods going in next to properties that have been farmed for generations. Both kinds of neighbor call us.
On the newer lots it's additions, decks, porches and detached garages for houses that turned out a little small.
