How We Work
We review the plans or the existing structure, walk the site, and flag anything that'll bite later — grade, bearing, access, material staging.
Labor-only or furnish-and-install, spelled out. You see what's in it and what isn't before we start.
Layout checked twice, walls stood plumb and braced, floors and roof framed square. Trusses set and tied. Inspections scheduled when they're needed.
Sheathing and dry-in so the next trade walks into a building, not a problem. Scrap hauled, site clean.

We frame labor-only for builders, project managers and owner-builders across Middle Tennessee — barndominium shells, roof and truss packages, additions. You supply the plans and materials, we supply a crew that's there when we said we'd be.

Yes. A good share of our framing is labor-only for builders, project managers and owner-builders: you supply the plans and the lumber package, we supply the crew. We can also furnish materials if you'd rather have one number.
Structural repairs are part of what we do — sagging floors, rotted sills and rim joists, headers that were never sized right, roof framing that's spread. We'll open it up, tell you honestly what we find, and fix what actually needs fixing.
Yes — wood trusses on houses and additions, and steel or wood trusses on post-frame buildings. We handle roof framing from the plate up, including stick-framed roofs where trusses aren't the right answer.
We handle grading and leveling to get a pad ready for a slab or for posts, so the framing starts on ground that's right. For larger excavation we'll tell you what's needed and who should do it.
